Q Process Pink sounds like a great program, but I don't have a lot of time to switch things over. How long will it take to convert my current processing over to Process Pink 's services so I can participate in the Process Pink program?
A Process Pink will take about 15 minutes of your time to complete the necessary paperwork. After the paperwork is filled out, we take care of the rest. Process Pink will reprogram or replace your credit card terminal and file the paperwork. It usually takes 2-3 days to complete the switch, but this is all done behind the scenes in a seamless transfer. You will be able to continue to do business as usual.

Q Will I be able to deduct this for income tax purposes as a “Charitable Deduction”?
A No, you may only deduct your transaction processing fees as operating expenses. Please check with your Tax advisor.

Q How much does it cost me to switch my services to Process Pink so I can participate in the Process Pink program?
A There is no charge to switch your services.

Q Are there any hidden costs or fees to switch?
A No. In fact, Process Pink will do its best to find ways to save you money by reducing the charges you are currently paying!

Q What type of business can participate in Process Pink?
A Any type of business that takes credit cards or ACH (automatic clearing house, withdrawal service) as a form of payment from its customers can participate in the Process Pink program.

Q When will the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. receive the donation?
A Process Pink Inc. calculates and submits its donation to the Foundation on a monthly basis..

Q How long will the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. continue to receive donations?
A As long as the Foundation wishes to participate in Process Pink, it will continue to receive monthly donations from Process Pink Inc.

Q Will my customers know that I am a participant in the Process Pink Program?
A Yes, if you want them to. You will be given free window decals and website graphics which you can use to advertise your participation in Process Pink.

Q Will we know how much has been donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation?
A Yes, we will be sending our merchants regular reports indicating the total donation amount received by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
