Process Pink was organized as an Illinois corporation in early 2004 and privately capitalized by its shareholders without bank debt.

The founders, having extensive experience in and knowledge of the merchant account and healthcare payment industry, determined that the time was right to expand their operations into Electronic Check Conversion and ACH processing.

This decision was founded in large part on the fact that the ACH industry has recently experienced several major innovations in services and processing technology which place it in a position to compete directly with bank cards.

While Process Pink is a newly formed entity, its principals have years of experience in the financial and merchant account industries. They also have solid relationships with independent sales organizations (ISO’s) throughout the United States. These merchant account ISO’s effectively provide Process Pink with a mature national sales force.

The ACH processing technology used by Process Pink is highly developed, thoroughly tested in the banking industry. Process Pink has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement to obtain this technology which has been extensively customized to meet Process Pink ’s customers' needs.

Process Pink also leveraged its founders' experience in credit card services to provide a full suite
of electronic funds transfer and payment options for its clients.

Process Pink services are offered through a nationwide network of Independent Sales Organizations and Value Added Resellers.
